The shipment of your package

Unless otherwise agreed, shipments will be made by carriers defined by Fiartwood or its delegate. In this case, and only when the shipping cost is charged, the goods travel at our risk.
In case of theft / loss, Fiartwood undertakes to send a new product and, if the same should be unavailable and / or out of stock, it will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the customer's right not to accept this new product. and request the issuance of a credit note relating to the product itself.
In the hypothesis that the carrier is in charge of any title by the customer, Fiartwood will not be responsible for the loss and / or damage of the product from the moment the goods are delivered to the carrier at its warehouses.
The delivery time, purely indicative, is approximately 2/3 working days from the date of the order for Italy, the same may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and traffic conditions in general or by act of the Authorities, different delivery times depending on the country if the goods are shipped outside Italy.
Delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place during office hours: from 8.30 to 12.30; from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.

Return / Exchange

It is possible to make the return within 10 days of receipt of the goods (the postmark will be valid) by any express courier or postal service chosen by the customer.
The return must be sent intact, unused.
It is necessary to fill in the RETURN / EXCHANGE form attached to the shipment, indicating the reason for which it is made.
Upon receipt of the return by Fiartwood, once the status of the product has been read, the amount paid will be re-credited to the account, prepaid card or other indicated on the RETURN / EXCHANGE form
